TESTIMONIALS
Here are some of my client's testimonials and what they are saying after working with me in my Ultimate Equestrian Mental Skills Program.
"I struggled with poor organization, financial stress, and losing control of my emotions — challenges that left me feeling powerless and like I was losing myself. Coaching transformed how I think, compete, and lead: I now plan strategically for each horse, visualize and execute better on competition day, and run my business with discipline and intention. Most importantly, I learned to set boundaries, stop people-pleasing, and to communicate with confidence — skills I now bring to my work. With Nancy, I had a 3rd place podium finish for the French National Championship! "
Ines Joly, 5* International Showjumper Trainer of France.

"My confidence is a 10.

"I feel empowered, and I feel like a leader for my ponies. I ribboned at my first WEF show, in two HITS shows in, Ocala, and then I won Champion of the Children's Pony Division, winner of the Zone 4 USHJA Handy Hunter Challenge, winner of the Marshal Sterling Classic, and 3rd in the Marshal and Sterling Medal at the Venice Equestrian Tour 2018.

“I am on track to make it to the finals.

"Thank you."

Gabby Santucci, a Medium Pony Rider who Trains With Bogginfin Farm in Ft. Myers, FL.

"Before coaching, my limiting beliefs and negative self-talk sent me into a victim mentality spiral, leaving me feeling completely stuck — and the anxiety and hopelessness were bleeding into every area of my life. My breaking point came when I bombed every final that year and seriously questioned whether I wanted to continue riding at all. Nancy challenged my thinking at every turn, held me accountable, and helped me make more progress than years of therapy ever did. The results speak for themselves — I won the National Champion in Adult Equitation, and it was my most winning season yet. Her coaching brought the fire back in me."

Claire Martinez, National Adult EQ Champion

"Thank you Nancy, for coaching us to become Equestrian Rockstars who made history for Dartmouth College by winning its first NCEA championship! We couldn’t have done it without you!" Elise Stephens

"The training has been great. I feel so much more confident going into the show ring; doing my best every time I go in, whether it’s a training class, a real class, equitation, or jumpers. It has really helped me throughout the circuit at WEF.

That’s really why I’ve had such a fun circuit.

I am feeling so much less nervous in ALL parts of my life - my grades have improved because of our coaching too! I have the confidence to speak to anyone about anything now too.

This has been such an amazing experience for me!!"

"This has been a 10 for me. This is my best season showing since 2010/11. I ended up in 2nd position overall Circuit Champion for WEF18 for Children’s Modified Jumpers.

I feel this coaching has been life changing. I feel more confident and brave when I’m going to show in a long time. Even before my fall.

In addition, I got a job, I got into the college I wanted, and I am much happier and enjoying my life. Nothing else to say other than, ‘Thank you, Nancy!"

"I'm gearing up for my 26th WEF! Thanks to your coaching over the last year, I am comfortably prepared to take on new goals for this season.

"I am a substantially more confident rider than I was last year at this time. This is, in large part, due to the work I have done with you. Your coaching system has fostered an enhanced belief in my skill set as a rider. The work I have done with you is also transferable to many aspects of navigating life in general.

"Everyone is looking for a superior mentor that can add value to their performance. In both my riding and my professional life, you have done that for me."

Debbie Bass, Director USHJA, Adult Hunter Rider. Trains with New Hope Farm in Columbus, Ohio.

"I am beyond thankful for everything you have done for me. Before, I was a perfectionist, an overthinker, and constantly stressed — beating myself up over mistakes, fearing others' judgment, and feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities. It all came to a head when my confidence collapsed, I was always in tears, and I no longer felt like myself in the ring. I loved everything about your coaching. It gave me the mental skills and time management tools to become the rider I knew I could be — and today my show and academic results have improved, my confidence is at its peak, and I feel truly unstoppable."

Kate Egan

"Great news this weekend – my best horse trail in two years. We were only 5 seconds away from third place.

You helped me overcome my fears and obstacles to become an equestrian rockstar. My horses and spouse are grateful. Thanks for helping bring out the best in me. It is nice to have FUN again.

THANKS AGAIN!"

“I made it to Zones at Harrisburg and Marshall Sterling and experienced so much more joy and fulfillment from my riding, in addition to reaping the show results that had evaded me.

"I was so anxious before shows that I had trouble eating and sleeping, the night before and morning of, and was hitting the bathroom repeatedly before my classes as my stomach would be churning! We worked together to channel those nerves as one of our early steps.

"My life has changed so much, as a result of a total change in my mindset, and how I perceive myself and events. Yes, Nancy, you have changed my life for the much better, not just in riding, but in my career, personal relationships, and so much more!

"I’m referring you, Nancy, because you have the power to change people’s worlds!"

"Negative self-talk, always feeling nervous, worried about jumps and lines, and psyching myself out. After coaching, I won at my first Devon with a 90 and then championship at Harrisburg. This whole season has been incredible; a tricolor every time I leave the ring! And again this year at Devon, I won with a 90! Thank you!"

Casey Zuraitis, amateur rider

"After losing my father, my grief began affecting my riding. The results with Nancy were immediate: I won a Grand Prix memorial event in his honor, riding smooth, focused, and completely confident. By end of season, the rider who once feared coming out of the corners to triple combinations and blanked out after mistakes, won Reserve Champion Grand Prix for the circuit. Now I am a trainer. Nancy Dye is simply the best."

"I struggled with low confidence, a victim mindset, and fear — all of which were holding back my riding and my results in the show ring. I finally said enough after show after show of bad rounds and emotional reactions. Coaching opened my eyes to invisible blocks I never knew were stopping me, and the results speak for themselves: I'm more coachable, consistently ribboning, and my confidence is through the roof — now jumping, placing, and winning with all three of my horses. Update: Currently riding for Peru in FEI shows."

Eva Paliouras

"My work with Nancy Dye has been transformative. She has given me techniques, routines, and tools that empower me and make me a confident equestrian. I feel ready and prepared every time I step into the show ring."

Mimi Moulton

"Coaching has been a 10 out of 10 — improving my riding, my relationships, and how I run my business. I'm more empowered, better with time management, and fully aware that I am in charge of my life and the choices I make. "

Dr. Robyn Kopala, Equine Veterinarian
Recorded live from the Kentucky Horse Park! She went from not being able to sleep the night before a horse show, and then crashing and burning in the ring (and wanting to quit riding), to smiling, fist-pumping, fun, and joy!

“What finally had me say, “Enough is enough and inspired me to work with Nancy is that I have amazing horses, a great trainer, and lifelong riding skills.

"But my show nerves, lack of confidence and HAVING to WIN all the time and to be perfect were holding me back from enjoying the sport. After a lifetime of riding, I almost quit.

"Now I feel bold and excited! There are no more of those old voices in my head that were sabotaging me. I no longer allow the other riders to suck me into their fears and negativity. I am tunnel vision focused at the shows. Without the stress, I have so much more energy. I’m so happy, and relaxed and having so much damn fun. I am riding with intent, certainty, and joy!”
Gretchen Smith Jelinek. Amateur Owner, of Greenwich, Ct and Wellington, FL.

"After a serious riding accident , fear took over — I was anxious, depressed, avoiding horses, and my trainer told me I looked petrified in the saddle. I called Nancy the day a friend recommended her, and the results were remarkable: after just one session, I had a successful ride on a horse I'd never met, and within weeks I was confidently riding over 20 new horses. I went on to compete at an A-rated show on a horse I'd ridden only a few times — and later traveled to Wellington alone to try horses at farms I'd never visited, feeling zero fear. Nancy gave me back the sport I love, and I am now a confident, bold, empowered rider that is winning championship ribbons.

"One of my favorite aspects of coaching is that Nancy makes it fun because we always get a good laugh, and she helps me figure out the things with my riding that I could never see myself."

Tracey Leahy

The greatest challenge was allowing fear to hold me back from riding at my best ability and allowing fear to govern my decisions in the ring (dangerous!). I had weak emotional strength in terms of dealing with disappointment and failure to achieve goals and felt disempowered to set out for these goals again.
I was circling out with my horses when I felt like I couldn't do it and felt fear in the show ring and I was shying away from competitive turns and speeds that I had deemed as "too risky".

What finally had me say “enough is enough” that inspired you to work with Nancy Dye, is that II was not seeing results in the ring that matched the hard work I was putting in during training, due to these mental blocks and a lack of emotional skills.

My favorite aspects of coaching was that I loved how it felt like we didn't just talk about issues I was facing, but how I should actually tackle them, and now I have a mental toolbox to handle any situation.

I was able to re-program my brain and break my patterns of self-doubt that led me to ride in a weak and restricted way, and trust my horses who began to actually change how they went, specifically my hunter that used to tense up when I became fearful and pulled on the reins, and now he trusts me to stay relaxed and I stay cool calm and collected in the rung.

“Pip” Ammann, Jumper Rider
UPDATE: Went on the USET Jr Jumping Team and Grand Prix at Longines Global Tour!

"One of my favorite aspects of coaching is that Nancy makes it fun because we always get a good laugh, and she helps me figure out the things with my riding that I could never see myself.

"I realize that not being able to breathe when I was jumping came from stress and being scared. Now my confidence is a 100, and I am so excited to have moved up to showing in the 1.10 class!

"I have also learned how to take responsibility for my actions instead of blaming it all on others. Plus, I have done so much better in my course. I'm way more focused in what I'm doing."

“Nancy helped me to discover that my fears with riding were a reflection of what I was feeling in my everyday life. I lost my husband to liver cancer two years ago, and I found myself in the scary position of being the head of the household with 3 little girls.

“Nancy has opened me up to a new world of self-empowerment. I even decided to challenge myself by completing the fire walking at a Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within event.

“Nancy is a tough and compassionate coach and person that I am grateful to have as a coach, mentor, and now friend.”

Suzanne Bainbridge, Adult Hunters. Tampa, Florida.

"If you are thinking about using the coaching services of Nancy Dye, stop thinking – just do it! I am amazed at the turn-around in myself in just 3 short months.

“Nancy’s years of experience in coaching are evident almost immediately. She opened my eyes to the things that were holding me back, that I was fearful of; old beliefs about myself that just weren’t true.

"She helped me to formalize and reach down to create a New Me, one with confidence, energy, and excitement for my future!”

Lee Robin Gebhardt , Female Sales Executive and Past Equestrian. Garrison, New York.

"Nancy has a rare and exceptional quality of being very professional and genuinely caring. She has coached me personally, 'one-on-one,' and she has exceeded my expectations.

"Her ability to deliver comes from years of experience and valuable insights, which helped me to break through some personal and business barriers. I strongly recommend her as your 'go to' counselor/business coach.""

Josh Espinosa , Real Estate Broker/Remax and Former U.S. Marine. Weston, FL.

"Nancy is a passionate and committed lifestyle transformation artist. We worked together over a period of several months, as I was working on a series of intertwining issues related to moving forward -- both personally and professionally.

"Her superior listening skills and ability to keep me on point, when my survival instincts were screaming 'STOP!' were priceless. She does not give up, and she doesn't give in.

"Once we'd established goals, she was relentless (in a positive way), leading me to succeed in moving forward, with truly positive results."
